Mark Castillo

Mark is the principal consultant of Lōkahi Leadership Solutions. After 15 years of wokring in corporate America, he founded Lōkahi Leadership Solutions to help leadership teams be more cohesive and organizations healthier. Mark draws on his years of experience in leadership as well as proven principles and practices.

He has a Master's degree in HR from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Brigham Young University-Provo. Mark holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Mark lives in the Salt Lake City area with his wife and three boys.
